Our Bread is made of fundamental ingredients: flour, salt, water, and our homemade, non-modified sourdough, which is a combination of naturally occurring wild yeast and belly friendly bacteria called lactobacilli, working together. They transform grain into something easier to digest and more resistant to getting mouldy or stale. It is also worth mentioning that many people with wheat or yeast allergies have no problems eating real sourdough bread.
